Our platform for Asynchronous learning!

  • We utilize a social emotional approach as a foundation to all of our work. In young children, the goal is to support the development of healthy social emotional processes as a foundation for learning that primes them for academic and life success.

    In our SEL coaching, consulting and training for adults, we examine the impact and interplay that satisfactions, environment, experiences, and life/professional experiences have on existing social emotional competencies. It is from this wholesome perspective that coaching, training and behavior change support is provided to support competency development.

  • Our process is a continuous and progressive undertaking with each phase working together to bring personal, professional, and organizational values into order, improving performance. Our Founder and Lead Consultant, Frederica McLean MAE, is a former special educator, teacher, and behavior analyst for ASD; behavior specialist supporting the development and implementation of behavior plans, Certified Change Management Professional, and education management consultant leading the charge in our mission to inspire, empower, and transform lives. In addition, she is a Pyramid Model Master Cadre member, holding certifications as a Practice Based and Leadership Coach, Trainer, TPOT evaluator and Site-Wide Implementation Specialist.
