Frederica McLean

  • “We live in a society where we are reacting constantly to the chaos, stimulations and trends. These distract us from the yearning within ourselves while calling attention to perceived and actual deficits without solution. By focusing on internal values, motivators and needs; Living Above Disorder supports clients to address the root of pervasive disorders (i.e. stress), and leverage internal values into behaviors that help to navigate and achieve success in the larger community. When we change our perspective, we change our lives.”
    - Frederica McLean
