Culture Development and Employee Wellbeing: Our culture development and employee wellbeing consulting prioritizes belonging and addresses concerns stemming from toxicity, low morale, increased workloads, coverage issues, and more. We teach, facilitate, communicate, and advocate in the interest of supporting the development of the community you need to thrive.
Administrative Leadership Advisory: We bring expertise in key education areas, social awareness around trends and frameworks, and diverse perspectives from our experiences across different educational environments to the table as advisors in the planning and implementation process for your school.
Leadership Development and Executive Coaching: We provide individual and team coaching experiences designed to not only equip and strengthen administrative leaders with the competencies needed to sustain excellence but also, a private space to relieve the pressures associated with managing a school.
Classroom Observation and Coaching: We use a wholistic approach in practice based coaching with teachers and teacher assistants following a well developed coaching process. Coachees have access to learning and resources through the custom Client Dashboard and by joining our LAD Educator Peer Advisory Network.
Classroom and Behavior Management: We specialize in responding to challenging behavior and supporting the development of in-classroom, accessible plans that are teacher ready for implementation. We facilitate the whole process from observation to implementation in collaboration with school support personnel, families, classroom teams, and administrative leaders.
Training and Development: We design and facilitate full learning programs for your teachers, teacher assistants, education support staff, parents and community across a wide range of topics. Our goal is to fortify an effective workforce and therefore, integrate data from multiple sources to support you in the development of impactful professional development programs and learning experiences that are accessible across multiple formats including our revised asynchronous learning platform, the LAD E-Learning Suite.
