The Purpose

Organizational audit and assessment tools can be very impactful to the successful growth and sustainability of an organization and should be conducted routinely. Research** supports the use of these tools as a method of identifying areas of concern, pinpointing, and prioritizing solutions. I’ve seen a growing need for a comprehensive, yet simple and easy to wield tool that is transparent in nature, traces disorder to its root and supports the conversation around concerns, and offers clear pathways to actionable solutions.

Over the past two years, I have been working on an organizational audit tool that can be used in our organizational development and change management suite of consulting services. This tool will be used as a whole or in part, in a number of ways including :

  • Change Initiatives: What organizational structure best suits the needs of our community? How can our systems and structures keep pace with the legal and cultural challenges posed by expansion? How are our systems, processes, and practices supporting or inhibiting the growth that we need?

  • Gap Analysis: Where do the most urgent needs exist in our current systems, programs, and practices for remediation? Are there discrepancies in our hiring process that impact our ability to retain talent?

  • Improving and embedding Culture efforts: Are our current practices and policies acting in alignment with our vision and values? Are our initiatives accessible to all stakeholders in an equitable way while remaining compliant with legal and industry regulations?

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Where can we become more efficient and what tools can be used to do so? Are our policies and processes being used to retain the right talent in alignment with organizational needs?

The Ask

The next step is the test! I am extending the offer to three (3) organizations to partner with us and participate in the pilot of this organizational audit tool valued at $7,000 for free. This initiative aims to provide you with valuable insights into your organization's structure, processes, and overall effectiveness; and will provide us with valuable information that will ensure the tool is empirically and scientifically sound.

As part of this pilot, selected organizations will receive a comprehensive analysis and report with prioritized recommendations tailored to your specific needs.
