While this assessment is taken by individuals within an organization, we are cognizant that one person’s perspective of an organization may be too subjective to create a holistic view. We recommend sharing this tool randomly with a minimum of 10/maximum of 50 members in your organization across departments and roles and asking them to submit. Names and identification are collected for LAD verification purposes only and will not be shared.
This tool is in-depth and should be begun with intention - the survey should take about 15 minutes to complete if done thoroughly.
