Welcome to another year of coaching! This year and going forward, I am introducing Coaching Pathways. These pathways illustrate the goal of LAD coaching: to support you in moving from a novice teacher to master/peer mentor educator. This is based on Trust. As professionals, you are trusted to show up, do the work, be critical, honest and reflective, and utilize coaching as the tool it is designed to be. As a professional, you trust me to be non-judgemental, safe, provide you with practice based strategies, curious, and consistent. With these expectations in mind, I look forward to what this year holds for each of you.
